Let's have a heart to heart
For my first event in 2017, I was so excited to be asked by Unity Health in Searcy to be a vendor for their Heart to Heart annual luncheon in February, and my good friend Ashel Parsons stopped by to capture a few shots.
I have been practicing my hand-lettering and debuted a few new Valentine's Day card designs I had been working on. On the night before an event, I'm as giddy as a kid on Christmas eve. When I first started this little card company, I had no idea how much joy it would bring me to meet so many people like me who have a passion for written encouragement and appreciate the form of communication that is greeting cards.
At each event I have the privilege of participating in, I am reminded that there are still people who value the importance written sentiment and emotional expression. The thing about encouragement is that every person needs encouragement, and sometimes they don't even realize they need encouragement. Greeting cards are powerful, but encouragement to another human being period is immeasurably, unimaginably powerful. Send a card. Create the happiest two seconds of someone's day.
Sincerely,
Han
